Gloucestershire Powerlifting runs two coached sessions per week
Mondays & Fridays
7:00pm – 8:30pm
Each session follows a structured training format built around long-term progression. You’ll be coached through the main lifts, supported with technical feedback, and guided through accessory work that matches the focus of the block.

What a typical session looks like
Warm-up and movement preparation
Main lift focus (squat, bench, or deadlift)
Secondary work / variation work
Accessories to build strength, skill, and resilience

Structured training blocks
Classes run in training blocks, so the programme progresses week to week with clear intent. This builds strength and technical consistency over time, rather than jumping between random sessions.

Scaled to the lifter
You don’t need to be “good enough” to join. The coaching stays consistent, but the training is scaled to you. That means smart load selection, exercise progressions, and adjustments to match your ability, experience, and readiness.
