Online coaching with me isn’t just numbers on a spreadsheet; it’s a full coaching process designed around how you lift, live, and think. Working alongside the Dedicated by Design (DBD) team, I coach lifters who actually want to understand their training, not just be handed a plan and told to get on with it.
Every athlete starts with a deep dive into their goals, training history, and current performance. From there, I build a plan that evolves with you, adjusting volume, intensity, and movement selection as your strength develops. Weekly video reviews keep your technique dialled in, and communication stays open six days a week, so feedback never gets lost.
My job is to help you train with purpose, manage fatigue, and keep pushing even when things get tough. Whether you’re building up to your first meet or chasing another PB total, you’ll have the structure, accountability, and support to actually get there.
