About
Our Powerlifting Classes run every Monday and Friday from 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm, and are built for everyone, from complete beginners to experienced lifters. You don’t need to be a competitor to join; you just need the drive to get stronger and learn the lifts properly.
Each session is coached in a supportive, small-group environment where you’ll receive hands-on feedback, guidance, and structure. We focus on developing the squat, bench, and deadlift through proper technique, smart programming, and progressive overload, giving you the confidence to lift well and train safely.
Whether you’re learning the basics, refining form, or working towards your first meet, these classes give you the structure of proper powerlifting coaching with the energy of a group that’s all working towards the same goal. It’s a space to learn, improve, and build strength - together.
